Municipal Water Supply Project
Requirement: 9000 m3/d
An island-based municipal water supply company projected a shortfall in water supply. Because other water resources were not available in this location, it was determined that the demand could be met by using desalination of seawater. The company contracted with Industrial Services Inc. for the desalination design of this new plant.

The SWRO plant has the following desalination features:
- Drilled Intake and Disposal Boreholes
- 2nd Pass
- Less than 200 mg/l TDS
- Boron Removal < 1.0 mg/l
- H2S degasifier and scrubber
- Standby 1MW diesel generator
- Modular Switchgear and MTS
The plant was commissioned and passed the client performance tests in June, 2009.
